CloudMail through CloudAccess

Existing CloudMail users should continue using CloudAccess for their mail service. CloudMail is separate from the Titan and Microsoft 365 products above; the Fundy Hosting website merger does not move your mailbox.

Secure IMAP setup for Android and other mail apps

Add an email account in your mail app and choose manual IMAP setup if prompted. Menu names differ by app and Android version. Use your full email address as the username and your mailbox password.

Incoming mail
mail.cloudaccess.net — port 993, SSL/TLS.
Outgoing mail (SMTP)
mail.cloudaccess.net — port 587, STARTTLS. Authentication is required; use your full email address and mailbox password.

Do not use the old guide’s “Security type: None” setting or bypass certificate warnings. If the connection fails, confirm your account through CloudAccess webmail and ask the provider to check the settings.
